Clocking in and out

If your business uses the time clock to calculate payroll, staff members must clock in and clock out through the user menu. The system will report the time during which a staff member was clocked in and use it to calculate the member’s pay, but only if the member has an associated hourly pay rate with the Use Time Clock to calculate staff pay option selected.

The data collected when a staff member clocks in or out can be found in multiple staff reports, including the Payroll Details Report, the Staff Attendance Analysis Report, and the Time Clock Details Report.

To clock in:

  1. Sign in to your WellnessLiving account.
  2. Click your user icon in the top right corner of the page.
  3. On the User menu, click CLOCK IN.

  4. A popup message confirms that you are now clocked in.

To clock out:

  1. Log in to your WellnessLiving account.
  2. Click your user icon in the top right corner of the page.
  3. On the User menu, click CLOCK OUT.

  4. The system displays a message asking you to confirm that you want to clock out.
  5. Click OK.
  6. A popup message confirms that you are now clocked out.
