Clients at Risk Report

The Clients at Risk Report is a client report that displays a list of clients who have not attended services at your business in a certain amount of time. This amount of time is determined using the text box and drop-down menu at the top of the report, which are set to one month by default.

To view the Clients at Risk Report:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
  3. In the Reports menu, click Clients.
  4. In the side menu or in the list, click Clients at Risk. Your Clients at Risk Report is displayed.
    • The Client has not visited in text box and list at the top of the report can be used to determine which clients are included in the report by entering the minimum number of days, weeks, or months since their last visit.
    • The Client is considered lost after text box and list at the top of the report can be used to determine which clients are excluded from by entering the maximum number of days, weeks, or months since their last visit.

Headings in the Clients at Risk Report

Heading Filter
Client The name, email, and profile image of the client. Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.
Last Visit The last service that the client attended at one of your locations, along with the date, time, and staff member for that service.

By default, clients who have not visited in one (1) month are listed. Use the text box and drop-down menu at the top of the report to filter by any number of days, weeks, or months.

Location The last location that the client attended.

Advanced Filters in the Clients at Risk Report

Filter Description
Client Status Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on whether they currently have an active Purchase Option.
Gym Visits Use this filter to determine whether to include gym visits in the report.
Groups Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client group.
NoteThis filter will pull any relevant information from the available fields. For example, if you filter for groups a, b, and c, the filter will find clients from group a, group b, group c, and any combination thereof, as opposed to only finding clients who belong to all three groups.
Locations Use this filter to determine which business location(s) to include in the report.
Day of the Week Use this filter to determine which day(s) of the week to include in the report.
Classes Use this filter to determine which Classes to include in the report.
Events Use this filter to determine which Events to include in the report.
Appointments Use this filter to determine which Appointment Types to include in the report.
Client Types Use this filter to determine which clients to include in the report based on their client type.
Staff Use this filter to determine which staff members to include in the report.
