To view, create, or update your goals:
- On the top menu, click My Profile.
- Click the Goals tab.
- Enter your fitness goals in the fields provided. These fields include:
- Pre-workout Heart Rate
- Blood pressure
- Body fat %
- Short term goals
- Long term goals
