Client Web App: Adding or updating a profile image

Clients can add or update their profile images using the Client Web App. They can also add or update their profile images using the Achieve Client App.

To add or update a profile image:

  1. In the top menu, click My Profile.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Under UPLOAD IMAGE:
    • If you do not have a profile image, click the ADD AN IMAGE box.
    • If you have a profile image, click the image to update it.
  4. Click and drag an image from your computer into the popup window, or click Select a photo from your computer to browse and select an image from your files.
  5. Click and drag the highlighted box on the image to choose which part of the image to crop. You can also click and drag the corners of the box to crop a larger area of the image, and use the Clockwise  and Counterclockwise  buttons to rotate the image.
  6. When you are satisfied with the image, click the Complete button .
  7. Click UPDATE ACCOUNT. The new profile image is saved to your profile.
