Client email and email campaign history

You can view the email history for all your clients through the Marketing reports. Additionally, you can view an individual client’s contact history, which displays all contact methods, through their client profile.

In this article:

To view a client’s email history:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click Search and type the client’s information in the box. You can type the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID. In the list that is displayed, click the appropriate client.
  2. On the side menu, click Contact History.

To view all clients’ email history:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Marketing.
  4. On the Marketing menu, click Email History.
  5. You can filter emails by status and type, or you can use the search option to find a specific email or search for an individual client’s email history.

To view email campaign history:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Reports.
  3. On the Reports menu, click Marketing.
  4. On the Marketing menu, click Email Campaign.
