Canceling an Appointment from an Appointment Confirmation email notification

The Appointment Confirmation email notification is a client notification that is sent to a client after they successfully book an Appointment. When a business has this notification enabled and includes the [ButtonCancel] email variable within the notification, clients can cancel the Appointment directly from the notification.

To cancel an Appointment from an Appointment Confirmation email notification:

  1. In your email inbox, open the Appointment Confirmation email notification.
  2. Click the Cancel My Appointment
  3. In the confirmation popup, click OK. The Appointment is canceled.
