You can cancel all of a client’s upcoming services from their client profile.

To cancel all upcoming services for a client:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Attendance.
- On the Attendance menu, click Upcoming Schedule.
- Click Early Cancel All.
- Services that should be considered late cancellations will be treated as such.
- In the confirmation popup, click OK. All the client’s upcoming services are canceled.
