Canceling a Class booking

If a client wants to cancel a booked Class, staff members can cancel the Class booking from the schedule. Clients can also cancel the booking themselves through either the Client Web App or Achieve Client App.

This article details instructions for canceling a booked Class for an individual client. To learn how to cancel a scheduled Class, see Canceling and uncanceling a Class.

In this article:

To cancel a single Class booking:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Attendance.
  4. On the Attendance menu, click Upcoming Schedule.
  5. In the list, find the Class you want to cancel. You may have to browse or filter the list to find the Class.
  6. In the ACTION column, click the MORE button The more button displayed at the top of reports. The button is a square with three vertical blue dots and a blue border. and select Cancel Session.
  7. In the confirmation popup, click OK. The booking is canceled.

To cancel a recurring Class booking:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Attendance.
  4. On the Attendance menu, click Upcoming Schedule.
  5. In the list, find the recurring booking you want to cancel. You may have to browse or filter the list to find the recurring booking.
  6. In the ACTION column, click the MORE button The more button displayed at the top of reports. The button is a square with three vertical blue dots and a blue border. and select Cancel All Recurring Sessions.
  7. Select which recurring bookings to cancel:
    1. To cancel a certain number of recurring bookings, under NUMBER OF BOOKED CLASSES, enter the number of bookings you want to cancel.
    2. To cancel recurring bookings over a specific time period, click BOOK FROM ___ TO ___and select a start and end date in the date fields.
  8. Confirm the booking information is correct. Under BOOKED SESSION, the dates of all booked sessions are displayed. If the client was added to any waitlists, this will be displayed under ADDED TO WAITLISTS.
  9. Click CANCEL BOOKING. The recurring bookings are canceled.

To cancel multiple Class bookings:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Attendance.
  4. On the Attendance menu, click Upcoming Schedule.
  5. In the list, select the checkboxes to the left of the Classes you want to cancel. You may have to browse or filter the list to find the Classes.
  6. Click Early Cancel Selected.
  7. In the confirmation popup, click OK. The bookings are canceled.
