Booking a service for a family member

Staff members can book services for a client’s family members who don’t have access to WellnessLiving, or who cannot do it themselves.

To book a service for a family member as a staff member:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and then enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Relationships.
  4. On the Relationships menu, click the name of the desired family member.
  5. From their client profile page you can book a Class, Appointment, or Event on behalf of the client.
