Staff members can book services for a client’s family members who don’t have access to WellnessLiving, or who cannot do it themselves.

To book a service for a family member as a staff member:
- On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and then enter the client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
- In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
- On the side menu, click Relationships.
- On the Relationships menu, click the name of the desired family member.
- From their client profile page you can book a Class, Appointment, or Event on behalf of the client.
