Assigning rewards points for a referral

When you enable referral rewards points in your rewards program, clients receive rewards points for referring other clients to your business.
Clients will only qualify for referral rewards points if:

  • Referral rewards points is enabled;
  • The client has not yet reached the maximum number of rewards points for referrals;
  • The referring client’s information is associated with the referred client’s profile.

To assign rewards points for a referral:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , and enter the referred client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  2. In the list of clients displayed, click the referred client’s name.
  3. On the side menu, click Profile Details.
  4. Under REFERRED BY, enter the referring client’s information in the box. You can enter the client’s name, phone number, email address, UID, or client ID.
  5. In the list of clients displayed, click the referring client’s name.
  6. Click UPDATE ACCOUNT. The appropriate rewards points are distributed to the referring client.
