Assigning a staff role to a staff member

It is important to assign staff roles to your staff members if you want to limit what they can change or see in WellnessLiving.

If you had forgotten to assign staff roles to your staff members, or if you want to assign newly created staff roles, follow the instructions below.

To assign a staff role to a staff member:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Setup.
  3. On the Setup menu, click Staff.
  4. On the Staff menu, click Staff Members.
  5. On the Staff Members page, click a staff member. You might need to filter the list or search for the staff member you want to edit. The staff member’s profile is displayed.
  6. On the General tab, in the Role list, select a staff role.
