Approving or denying a custom rewards points request

Staff members need to check the leaderboard to approve or deny your client’s custom rewards points requests.

To manage a custom rewards points request:

  1. Click the App Drawer button .
  2. In the App Drawer, click Rewards.
  3. On the Rewards menu, click Leaderboard.
  4. Under Requested Points, approve or deny a client’s rewards points request:
    • Click ALLOW POINTS to award the client the points.
    • Click DISALLOW POINTS to deny the client the points.
  5. In the confirmation popup, click OK.
