To view, create, or update your goals:
- Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the options menu.
- Tap Goals.
- Enter your fitness goals in the fields provided. These fields include:
- Pre-workout Heart Rate
- Blood pressure
- Body fat %
- Short term goals
- Long term goals
- Tap Update Goals.
