Achieve Client App: Viewing and signing the online waiver

Clients can use the Achieve Client App to view and sign your online waiver.

If you require clients to sign your waiver upon registration, the waiver will be displayed when clients log in to the Achieve Client App for the first time, and they will be required to sign it before continuing to use the app. If clients are not required to sign your waiver until they attempt to book a service, they will be prompted to sign it at that time. Alternatively clients can follow the steps below to view and sign the waiver before booking services.

To view the online waiver:

  1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to expand the options menu.
  2. Tap Waiver. The waiver is displayed.

To sign the online waiver:

  1. If you are not automatically prompted to sign the online waiver:
    1. Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to expand the options menu.
    2. Tap Waiver. The waiver is displayed.
  2. Using your finger, enter your signature in the signature box.
  3. Tap I agree to use Electronic Signatures. The waiver is signed.
