Clients can use the Achieve Client App to view their billing information, make a payment to their account balance, redeem gift cards and other redemption codes, add credit cards, and add ACH account information.
When viewing billing information, clients should keep in mind the following:
- When no default payment method is selected and a client is automatically billed, the most recent credit card or ACH payment method saved to the client’s profile will be used by default.
- Clients can only add money to their account if your business has merchant processing set up and the Allow clients to make online payments towards their account balance option is enabled in your business’s Store Settings.
- Clients can’t select ACH as a payment method during checkout. Only staff members can process a client’s transaction using the default ACH payment method. A custom ACH payment method must be set up to allow clients to use their ACH account.
- Clients can’t delete their credit card or ACH billing information. Only staff members can delete a client’s billing information. To view billing information in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- Tap Billing. Your billing information is displayed.
To add to your account balance in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- Tap Billing.
- Under CURRENT BALANCE, tap Make a Payment.
- Enter the amount you want to pay towards your account balance in the Debit amount field.
- Select a payment method:
- To pay with a credit or debit card already added to your account, choose one under CHOOSE CARD.
- To pay with a new debit or credit card, tap ADD NEW to add a new card for your selected payment method and enter the necessary billing information.
- If you select multiple payment methods, the payment will be split equally between the different methods, but you can adjust the amounts by entering a custom value under PAYMENT AMOUNT for each method.
- Tap Complete. The amount paid is applied to your account balance.
To redeem a gift card or redemption code in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- Tap Billing.
- Under GIFT CARD / REDEMPTION CODE, enter the gift card or redemption code.
- Tap Apply. The gift card or redemption code is applied to your account.
To add a credit card in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- Tap Billing.
- Under CREDIT CARDS, tap Add Credit Card.
- If the business you are connected to uses Barclays as their merchant processor, you’ll be redirected to the Billing page of the Client Web App. Tap Continue to open the Client Web App, then tap Add Credit Card.
- Enter your credit card information and billing details in the appropriate fields.
- Tap Save.
- If the business you are connected to uses Barclays as their merchant processor and you entered your credit card information in the Client Web App, open the Achieve Client App and tap I added my card in the Client Web App. The credit card is added to your account.
To add an ACH account in the Achieve Client App:
- Tap the My Profile tab.
- Tap Billing.
- Under ACH ACCOUNTS, tap Add New ACH Account.
- Enter your ACH account information and billing details in the appropriate fields.
- Tap Save. The ACH account is added to your account.
