A delicious, nourishing lunch will fuel your body, while a refreshing detox drink will help cleanse and revitalize from the inside out. Mental layer: Stilling fluctuations of our
minds
In this workshop we move to our mental experience and explore the
yogic models of the mind and how they both align with and converge
from Western medicine’s diagnostic model of mental health
conditions. We will explore ways of supporting the mind to
gravitate back towards its naturally peaceful state and discuss why
this can be such a challenge! We’ll learn practices that we can do
in the moment when anxiety or worry take over, as well as things we
can do on a regular basis to create more spaciousness and peace
within our minds.

The Gong Soundbath:
We begin with a gentle Reiki infused guided meditation, followed by the immersive sounds of the Himalayan Singing Bowls, Gongs and other therapeutic instruments from around the world, such as Crystal Singing Bowls, Hand Pan and Native Flutes, with the gentle sounds lulling you into a deep relaxation, bringing a sense of inner peace, while restoring balance and harmony to the mind, body and spirit.
Sound Healing and Sound Therapy can be a powerful & energising means of relaxation with the resonance creating a gentle 'sonic massage' for the physical and energetic self, increasing and rebalancing your energy levels.

All are welcome, to our informal and light hearted sessions. No special skills are required, just bring a smile, wear warm comfortable clothing and allow the captivating sounds to work, leaving you feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored. Prompt start at 7:00pm, please arrive 10 -15 minutes earlier.
You may wish to bring a yoga mat / blanket / pillow and eye mask for your comfort, as well as a bottle of water to sip. We do have some spare mats at sessions if you need to borrow them.

Continuing our journey to the subtler levels of being, we move next to our wisdom body. Much less loud and fearful than our minds, our wisdom body offers us a wider perspective on the things that unfold in our lives and a sense of how daily experiences contribute to the bigger picture. We will explore ancient wisdom teachings that guide us to this element of ourselves and consider how this can be expressed by modalities like art, dance and poetry.

Join James Gopala for a powerful afternoon of men's work as we explore The Lover Archetype—the part of us that seeks connection, presence, beauty, and emotional depth. In a safe and supportive circle, we’ll unmask societal conditioning, reconnect with our authentic selves, and honour the emotional intelligence of the masculine in uncovering the Lover archetype with us.
