Join Pranayama guide, Christopher Holmes on a dynamic journey through an expanded practice of pranayama.
This experience will be divided into two 2 hour explorations into the practice and anatomy of the vibrant spirit of breath. While the sessions may be enjoyed individually, taking both will offer a deeper dive into a felt and informed experience of breath.
Session I will include a focus on Attentive Breath and Nervous System Regulation. We will explore how intentional breathing, spinal flow, and muscular control enhance lung capacity and rib mobility, as well as generating focused awareness, deep calmness and sustained presence through coherent heart applications.
Session II will include a focus on the Magic of Gas Exchange and Untangling Knots. Learn to direct potent experiences through pacing and retaining breath. Discern how pranayama can be used to illuminate and clarify.
Learn how to use pranayama to dive deeply into your essential nature. Granthi (sanskrit for knot) practice provides a subtle body map that supports the unfolding knowing of our true self.
