We specialise in flexibility – we get it, babies are unpredictable – so don’t be afraid to come along, bring your adorable bub and give it a go.
 
It is important to check with your midwife, GP or obstetrician first to see if you have any risks which may limit your exercise ability.

The classes will follow the Pilates mat series of exercises so you will be able to observe your own development as you get to grips with this fun and surprisingly demanding system. Regular Pilates will leave you feeling stronger, more flexible with a powerful core and you will notice an improved posture whilst sitting, standing and walking.
