






This 6-Week Wild Yogis Series we will be exploring Yoga through all things Spring Adventure!
Each week we will explore yoga movement and mindfulness through fun fall activities, appropriate for kids ages 4-7yrs.
Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that's non-competitive. Physically, it enhances their flexibility, strength, and coordination. In addition, their concentration and sense of calmness improves. In this fun class, kids learn basic yoga elements through focused breathing, play, storytelling, balance and creative visualization.

A program devoted to young girls so they can navigate their way in this world in which social media, comparison and body image is at the forefront of our culture.
Designed specifically for girls ages 8-12 when, research shows, self-esteem starts to decline.
We use movement & yoga to help girls connect with their bodies.
We use mindfulness, self compassion, conversation and meditation practices to help girls survive and thrive by learning to listen to themselves.
The goals of the GIRLS CLUB Classes:

To use movement as a way to help girls feel into their bodies, release from their nervous systems, and connect to their own inner strength and power.

To increase emotional intelligence, happiness, resiliency, and confidence.

To create a safe community space where girls can be themselves and learn to support each other creating a sisterhood.

Join us for a soul-nourishing evening immersed in nature.
We’ll begin with a guided hike through the beautiful Springwater trails, followed by an all-levels outdoor yoga session designed to ground your body and calm your mind. As the sun sets, we’ll gather around the campfire for connection, reflection, and cozy vibes.

Time to unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature

Experience deep rest, calm the mind, and relax the body, in this special 2 hour restorative yoga session, with live music, sound healing, Reiki and hands-on-assists.
Rachel is a mantra artist, certified yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. Her distinctive approach, blending music and yoga, provides a deeply nourishing and transformative experience that connects the mind, body, and spirit in perfect harmony.
