Following a successful career as a professional dancer, Julie qualified in 2001 as a Yoga teacher with The British School of Yoga.

She brings a holistic approach to her Yoga classes, weaving Reiki healing into a calming Yin Yoga practice.

Julie is a Body Code Health Practitioner and runs a private Reiki practice.

Pregnancy Yoga with Justina Perry Tuesdays 6.30 - 7.45pm 11 March - 22 April (6 sessions)

Combining yoga-inspired postures, breathing, mindfulness, yoga ball techniques and a beautiful candle-lit relaxation, these weekly classes will help support you throughout pregnancy and help prepare you for birth.

Sessions also focus on relieving those common pregnancy ailments like backache, heartburn, restless legs, sleeplessness and tight hips.

Sessions are suitable from 14 weeks and are also a lovely way to meet other mamas-to-be.

Mats, blocks, cushions, blankets, yoga balls and all equipment is supplied.

SESSIONS CAN BE BOOKED IN 6-WEEK BLOCKS AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO CONTINUE UNTIL YOU HAVE YOUR BABY. SPACES ONLY BECOME AVAILABLE WHEN SOMEONE HAS THEIR BABY SO PLEASE ADD YOURSELF TO THE WAITING LIST AND JUSTINA WILL BE IN TOUCH.

Justina Perry is a leading expert in prenatal, postnatal and infant wellbeing. She is the founder of the award-winning MamaBabyBliss, a social enterprise dedicated to the wellbeing of mothers, babies and mothers-to-be across the UK. Passionate about prenatal and postnatal mental health and with over a decade of experience, Justina has supported thousands of parents and babies and trains perinatal mental health teams within the NHS. She has also contributed to the BBC, ITV, Pampers, Mamas & Papas, Mothercare and the Baby Show.

Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session with the amazing instructor, Rebecca Skeel. This event is perfect for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, Rebecca will guide you through a relaxing and invigorating practice.

During this session, you'll have the opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and soul. Rebecca will lead you through a series of poses, focusing on breath control and alignment. Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a peaceful hour, this yoga class is for you.

Don't worry if you've never tried yoga before. Rebecca is known for her welcoming and supportive teaching style, making sure everyone feels comfortable and at ease.

About Rebecca...

Rebecca gained her first Yoga qualification in India in 2014, and 3 years later completed a further 200 hours’ training with Yoga Campus. She has done additional work in Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, in Anatomy and Physiology and has trained as a Positive Movement instructor at the Centre.

Working on the principle “If you can breathe, you can do Yoga”, Rebecca adapts Yoga practices to suit all levels of ability and need. She encourages students to connect breath and movement in order to overcome habitual patterns of movement which can cause pain and instability.

Rebecca is a fan of movement in all its forms and though a variety of classes you will find a focus on functional mobility, subtle breathwork and insight meditation.

Alison qualified as a Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2009 and has been teaching and learning ever since. An eternal student, Alison teaches you how to breathe, and pay attention and be mindful; you will learn to look inwards and trust the wisdom of your own body; you will learn how to connect your yoga practice with the beauty of the natural world and the changing seasons and to take what you experience on the mat and apply it to all aspects of your life. At the end of all Alison’s classes, you will practise Yoga Nidra, the yoga of deep rest, coming home to yourself and the quiet space within you.
