In an effort to offer the information to as many individuals as possible, we have decided to offer a single day attendance option. This flexible option will allow you to experience specialized yoga and activities, as you are able.
April 6th – Embracing Calm & Mindfulness
April 13th – Grounding & Stability
April 27th – Releasing Tension & Letting Go
May 4th – Cultivating Inner Strength & Resilience
The single day workshop rate will be $55 per session. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes early so Shawn can walk through what to expect during the session. You will also receive all the current and previous sessions guided journal pages. You are encouraged to register prior to the session, the workshop will remain limited to 10 individuals in total.
