Join Kat for a transformative 6-week Heated Pilates series that will ignite your strength, focus, and inner fire. This mat-based Pilates practice takes place in a heated room to help increase circulation, enhance flexibility, and elevate your endurance. Each class is designed to target your core, improve posture, and build full-body strength through intentional, low-impact movement. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this series offers the perfect balance of challenge, sweat, and empowerment—leaving you feeling strong, energized, and aligned from the inside out.

Yin Yoga works deeply into the body through passive, longer-held poses that target the connective tissues—ligaments, joints, bones, deep fascia, and energetic meridians. Unlike a Yang-style practice like Vinyasa, which focuses on the muscles, Yin invites stillness and depth.
Energetically, Yin Yoga enhances the flow of chi (life force energy) through the organs, supporting overall vitality. It not only promotes physical flexibility but also offers profound emotional and mental health benefits.
SHINE Event Policy:
Please note, no refunds are given if cancellation occurs within 24
hours of the event. Refunds are not issued back to credit cards or
as cash; instead, the amount will be applied as a credit to your
SHINE account for future use.
