Belly dancing is a joyful and energizing way to move your body and shift your energy. Perfect for all body types and levels of rhythmic experience, this art form works in harmony with your body, focusing on fluid, natural movements rather than resistance.
With its emphasis on torso-driven isolations and graceful circular motions of the shoulders and hips, belly dance naturally builds core strength, supporting a healthy spine and pelvis while promoting excellent posture.
This low-impact dance strengthens and tones your abdominal muscles, thighs, calves, hips, glutes, back, and arms, all while being gentle on your joints. In this session, we’ll explore the captivating Egyptian style, alternating between fast and slow rhythms. The faster movements boost cardiovascular health, while the slower ones enhance muscle control and body awareness.
Beyond physical benefits, belly dance offers a wealth of emotional rewards. It helps release stress and tension, cultivates a sense of empowerment, and boosts self-esteem. It’s a beautiful way to connect with yourself and others, all while immersing yourself in the enchanting music and art of belly dancing.

Join us for an enlightening session as we dive into the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a holistic healing system rooted in the harmony of body, mind, and spirit. This workshop will explore personalized techniques to balance your doshas and optimize health during the colder months.
In Ayurveda, doshas are biological energies—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—that govern our physical, mental, and emotional characteristics. Each person has a unique combination of these doshas, forming their constitution or “Prakriti.” When in balance, the doshas maintain health and vitality. However, external factors like seasonal changes, diet, lifestyle, and stress can disrupt this balance, leading to discomfort or illness.
Spring, with its cool, moist, and light qualities, can aggravate Kapha and sometimes Vata doshas, leading to imbalances such as congestion, heaviness, or seasonal allergies.
In this session, you’ll explore practical ways to align with nature’s renewal and restore balance during spring. Prepare to engage in breathwork, invigorating movement, and daily practices designed to cleanse, uplift, and energize your body and mind. From light, cleansing foods and revitalizing self-care rituals to grounding techniques, you’ll leave with tools to embrace the season with clarity and vitality.

Yoga is a practice of both inner and outer transformation. Inclusivity, equity, and community are core to who we are, and this peaceful sit-in is an embodiment of those values.
Together, we will gather in stillness to cultivate Metta—loving-kindness—for ourselves, for those most impacted by injustice, and for all beings. As we sit, we hold space for healing, resistance, and collective liberation, aligning our inner work with the outer call for justice.
By pausing, reflecting, and offering our presence in the community, we remember that small actions—when taken together—become powerful waves of change. All are welcome; no prior meditation experience is needed.
