Embrace all that is you as we create space to unwind, tune in, let go and allow the body to feel fully supported during the busy summer season. This restorative practice will leave you feeling grounded, inspired, while enjoying the benefits of hand and head massage.
This practice will start with breathwork to ground and relax the physical body and busy mind in a supported shape using bolsters and other props to allow the body to relax fully. We will then move to the quiet introspective practice of restorative yin. The longer held, meditative poses will focus on releasing and letting go, during which time you will enjoy the benefits of releasing long held tension in places we don’t often realize we are holding.
We will incorporate sound, healing touch, scent (optional)and intentional breath prompts throughout our offering.

Join Luisa (Yoga yeacher and Reiki Master) and Andre a Exner (long time energy healing practioner- since 1994 and Yoga and Meditation teacher) for a unique and transformative event where we blend the power of gentle yoga with a guided past life regression meditation to deepen your self-awareness and healing journey.
What to Expect:
Gentle yoga flow- We begin with a slow, grounding practice to relax the body and prepare the mind for deep meditation.
Guided Past Life Regression- Through guided meditation, you will be led into a deeper inner awareness of your consciousness where you may explorepast lives or hidden memories that may influence you in. the present. Healing and clarity often happens as we explore and are able to release these memories.
Reflection & Integration- Time for journaling, sharing (if you wish), and receiving Reiki-infused relaxation to integrate your journey.

Join Kyla Campbell for an experience that promotes deep relaxation, balances energy, and provides opportunities for physical, mental, emotional, and energetic release. Through the various tones and vibrations of singing bowls, vocal toning, and other instruments, the body is supported in shifting into a higher frequency. In this state, miraculous changes can occur.
