Join us on the dance floor for a country inspired evening of dance and fun! This event will include a non stop country playlist filled with your favourite hits from the past and present. The format of this event will include learning easy to follow line dances followed by the opportunty to dance them in full together as a group. The event will also include other songs where you can freestyle, country two step, country swing dance or take a break. This 90 minute experience will also feature party lighting to really maximize this Country Night Affair. The timing is also perfect to kick off your Saturday evening events. Make sure you dress to impress in your favourite plaid and clean country cowboy boots or kicks! Get ready for the most fun you’ve had in your adult life! Make it a date or come solo to socialize with like minded friends. Social dance is where it is at!

Sound Healing – Crystal singing bowls, Gongs & More...
Everything in our universe is information and energy vibrating at specific frequencies. Awaken to the reality of healing and happiness in the body with the vibration of sound. Your facilitators will guide you through a deeply relaxing practice and serenade you using crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other magical divine instruments. Each experience lasts 90 minutes and is unique in nature. The event might include: breathwork, meditation, Yoga Nidra and/or essential oils. All offerings are designed to unwind the nervous system and lift up your spirit. Prepare for healing, deep relaxation and divine sound intervention.
In this workshop will will learn and practice the basic Country Two Step rhythm in addition to some fun Country Swing moves for added flavour and flair. You will also learn social dance etiquette, about the line of dance and additional skills that will keep you grooving on any dance floor. The moves you will learn will help you feel more confident to join the dance floor at any party as many of the moves are interchangable with different genres of music. In this workshop you will learn partner style lead and follow moves, footwork and musicality to create a dynamic social dance on any dance floor. You can enjoy this class with or without a partner. This vibrant dance workshop is set to good old fashion country western tunes and also modern day country mixes. Get ready for the most fun you’ve had in your adult life!
