High-Energy Summer Sports Performance Program
For Middle School & Early High School Athletes

This summer, take your athletic performance to the next level. Our dynamic Sports Performance Program is designed to help young athletes maximize their potential with expert guidance from our experienced Sports Performance Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

Each session combines high-impact training with competitive fun to keep you motivated, focused, and improving all summer long.

What You’ll Improve:

  • Power – Build explosive strength for faster starts, harder throws, and higher jumps

  • Speed & Agility – Sharpen footwork, reaction time, and directional control

  • Weightlifting Techniques – Learn safe, effective strength-building methods

  • Mental Toughness – Develop focus and determination to dominate your sport

Program Dates & Schedule:

Session 1: June 16th- July 10th
