By applying gentle pressure to these meridian lines, helping to balance the body's energy (Qi) and support organ health.
Following the Yin practice, the class transitions into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep.” In this deeply restful state, you'll be guided into a state of conscious relaxation, where your body and mind can experience profound rest and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels, this class is perfect for anyone looking to release stress, enhance flexibility, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and well-being.
