
Effective, challenging, fun and creative workouts designed to improve cardiovascular health, burn fat, increase strength and flexibility. You will be challenged and motivated to work at your highest capacity, whatever that may be. Classes will include a combination of the following: core, balance, strength, endurance, flexibility, and agility to keep you on your toes.

Welcome to Kickboxing Circuit! Where we use timed rounds and kickboxing inspired moves to work through Cardio, Strength and all levels of HIIT!! You work each station at your desired level, pushing for your personal max effort using your own max of endurance, strength and stamina.
We start the class with a group warm up then move into stations where you will work through punches, kicks and even some high rep weights. Full body workout in 45 minutes including core and a team cooldown/stretch.
Get it all while showing off your inner fighter!


This 60 minute class will provide a full upper body workout designed to focus on toning the muscles in the arms, chest and back. Learn how to strengthen and build the muscles needed to burn fat and speed up your metabolism. All fitness levels are encouraged to take this class. This workout is a complement to our Booty Fit class.
