
Tabata features 20 second intervals of exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times. These bursts will torch calories and strengthen the entire body. Each class will be 45 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down.

This 60 minute class is all about your booty! You don’t just have to work your glutes to get a strong and lifted booty. The hamstrings and quads also play a major role. We will use weights, balls, resistance bands and your body weight to work the muscles necessary to get your booty fit.
