Yin & Guided Meditation Class for QTBIPOC

Join Alexis (she/her), a Harlem Yoga instructor, for a Once A Month hour-long yin and guided meditation class for QTBIPOC FOLK. All BIPOC folk who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella are welcome. We will call in the support of our honorable ancestors of Earth and Stars to tend to our bodies during these intense times. This is a gentle and deep practice.
 
After class, enjoy some time mingling and enjoying light refreshments.
 
Class will be held every first Sunday of the month from 11:30 to 1 p.m.
11:30- 12:30pm yin and guided meditation
12:30-1pm Mingle
 
This class is donation-based. Pay what you can. Register online and make your donation at the studio. (Cash/Venmo/Zelle)

Join Harlem Yoga Studio and the Harlem Wine Gallery for a rooftop celebration of rest, relaxation & rosé! Enjoy an invigorating and expansive flow, led by Harlem Yoga Studio community teacher Corinne Flax, Transporting your senses through breath and movement with a focus on the organic nature and rhythm of winemaking.

Then we'll mingle with our fellow Yogis and enjoy some carefully curated wines poured by Daneen, co-owner of HWG, who will be on hand to talk about the spring selection.

Light snacks will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to purchase your favorite wines directly from Harlem Wine Gallery!
