This is your time to connect! We know you want to get to know each other better and talk about what's been happening in your life. When we come to class it's hard to have time for that, but now you do! Gather with us once a month on a Friday from 5:30pm-7:30pm to enjoy local food and drinks. We will select a different restaurant each month. Please bring CASH as we will be ordering off the menu. You will need to pre-regsiter so we know how many people to make the reservation for. Limit 25 people.

Qigong awakens the energy in the three Dan Tians (or
reservoirs of energy). It teaches us to move from
the inside out, and therefore is a vital part of this
class.

Intro to Pilates Reformer

This 4 week course is the perfect way to begin learning the
power of the Pilates reformer workout. Designed to strengthen your
core, stabilze hip and shoulder joint for better range of motion
and improve your posture by increasing body awareness.
You will learn the 6 basic Pilates principles of Centering,
Control, Breath, Concentration, Breathing and Flow. After attending
this 4 week session you will be prepared to enroll in any of our
Pilates Refomer classes with the knowledge of the exercises and the
understanding of how to execute them.
This series has a tendency to fill up so while cancellations
for a full refund are allowed, they must be done 48 hours prior to
the start of the first class to allow others who are waitlisted to
attend.
