
Our 6 week Nordic Walking and outdoor Pilates course will focus on learning or improving the techniques to enhance your natural walking experience along with Pilates exercises that will improve your strength, flexibility, mobility, co-ordination and balance.
Nordic Walking is a total body version of walking suitable for everyone and it is a fantastic health-promoting physical activity which can be enjoyed at many levels at low, medium or high intensity.
We use specially designed walking poles to work your upper body as well as your legs. It gives you a highly effective all over workout that doesn't feel like one...if you can walk you can Nordic Walk!
Our Nordic walking and outdoor Pilates sessions are fun and sociable and a good opportunity to meet other people and enjoy exercise in the great outdoors in the beautiful Hillsborough Forest Park.
