Yoga Sutras Book Club with Michelle Schroeder and Farah Nazarali

Immerse into the deep wisdom of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras.

In this book club a resource document will be offered with the selected Yoga Sutra of focus, plus reflection questions to ponder before our online time together.

Each live session will explore group discussions followed by small break out room time and ending with practices (movement, pranayama, mudras and meditation) for deeper integration.

This book club will meet 4 times every 2 weeks and is open to anyone wanting to deepen their personal journey within a like-minded community.

The first session will be 2 hours to allow for introduction with each following session running 1 hour and 45 min.

This extended session includes an educational component followed by a guided, interactive yoga class. You'll learn how to practice mindfully and effectively using specific poses, props, and modifications designed to strengthen muscles, improve balance & coordination, increase range of motion and build bone density. No previous yoga experience is required. Suitable for all levels.
