- Wear something that allows you to stretch and move freely
- Avoid eating a heavy meal right before class

Join us for an introduction to the technique known as Myofascial Release (MFR), or Self Myofascial Release (SMFR). In this 90 minute workshop, we will use MFR balls, rollers and blocks to work with specific muscles and muscle groups prone to tension, stiffness and pain syndromes / referred pain. We will explore the effects of MFR with gentle yoga movements and breath work. MFR is an excellent tool for athletes, as well as anyone who would like to learn more about their bodies and how to work with tension and pain.
