Come take a break from the busy stimulation of home and work in our relaxing Zen Zone. Bring your slippers, fuzzy socks, eye mask, earbuds, yoga mat, pillow, or just yourself! We have 3 stations: 2 hammock chairs and one rug with bean bags and meditation pillows. Take some time to restore and rejuvenate by detaching from your mind and connecting to your heart center and solar plexus. We have soothing lighting and a noise machine, but you can slip your earbuds in and listen to your own music, shamanic journeys, or guided meditations to help you drift away from the world.
