Conscious Kids workshops foster mama/caregiver/child connection through body-centered activities. Ages 1-3. $25 + $10 for every extra kiddo in your group/family.
In this workshop you will learn how to support co-regulation and
body awareness with activities including body scans, meditation,
co-regulation through gentle breathing, hands-on creativity, and
free play.
Ashley and Raquel's goal is to support children through conscious,
life-long skills that foster future growth of the generations to
come.
Be prepared to get messy! This workshop will be using non-toxic, washable paint, so please bring clothes that you don't mind getting paint on!

Instructions Spéciales :
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Bring water bottles and mats if you have your own! Otherwise we have a few at the studio you may borrow.
