This 7 week series can dramatically improve the way you feel in your body, while helping you to process thoughts and emotions with more clarity and balance.

The 7 week series is based on the 'Myth of Aging' Lessons- the work of Thomas Hanna. (Known as the Father of Somatics, he coined the phrase in 1976 to describe a field of movement that focuses on sensory awareness and movement.) 

These lessons move through all of the muscle areas of the body systematically, which encourages overall musculoskelatal health (you just Feel GOOD), as well as activating healing of injuries and chroninc pain.
