Gravidynamics offers advanced innovative bodywork and educational methods to assist your clients to experience how their body movement, posture alignment, and energy can function in a more body-mind conscious way.  Gravidynamics supports clients to gain greater alignment, flexibility, mobility and release aches, pain and movement restrictions.

You will come away from this class knowing how to
     * Assess how your client's movement pattern is shaping their structural alignment
     * Do myofascial bodywork that frees client's movement and realigns their structure
     * Teach clients to sense into and out of troubled areas of their body to expand their       energy field awareness and heal
     * Teach clients Spiraling Movement that healthfully rotates their body on their axis
     * Use Body-Mind Dialogue to assist clients intergrating their boyd, mind, and energy

This work can dramatically increase your ability to align clients to be more centered, balanced, and present in their body, mind, and life.

This Experiential Training begins by videotaping and assessing your own movement pattern, and you will receive 2 Integrative Sessions of Movement and Bodywork.
