Why not enjoy some time of commUnity at drum circle as we create healing vibrations with drums & rattles that taps into our ancient nature as all cultures have for thousands of years! We will open the four directions together! drum repetitively together as a group for 30 or so minutes! relax with a guided meditation & sound bath integration & sharing time! •No previous experience required! •Bring your drum, & any comfort items (water, blanket, pillow), or borrow ours.
It is a great idea to sign up at least the day before our Special Events at Evolve, although if booking is still open on our site please feel free to sign up and come enjoy these wonderful experiences.
