Sound baths are a meditative journey to bathe in the sounds/vibrations of various instruments including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Native flute and drums, chimes, rainstick, voice and more. 

Through the vibrations, one becomes deeply relaxed bringing restoration, healing and peace. Soundbaths in combination with the energy of the full moon are a great way to sink in, unwind, and let go of anything not serving you.

This special workshop invites you to settle in for a nice long stillness for the entirety of the practice for a sweet extanded savasana accompanied by numerous instruments to facilitate deep rest.
