Karuna is a Sanskrit word that translates to - “any action taken towards diminishing the suffering of Self or others, or more succinctly translated - compassionate action.”
Karuna Reiki is the Reiki of Compassion.
At this level we begin to experience the Oneness of all of life - as above, so below, as within, so without. 
We are ready to deepen the compassion we show for ourselves because it is a reflection of the compassion that is more readily available for others. 
In this class we open to and expand within Loving Awareness, Attuning ourselves to the Fierce Compassion of Divine Love's Grace.

- Instruction on teaching and passing on the gift of Reiki to others at all levels as taught by the International Center for Reiki Training.
