Kaley will guide you in a gentle movement practice orchestrated to connect you to the high heart energies. And Danielle will offer sweet songs and precious sounds to guide you to loving true nature.

Please bring your mat, a water bottle, and a towel. We have blocks, straps, and bolsters for your use. They are cleaned after each use.
