4 Hour Autumn New Moon Half-Day Retreat with Jade Carey

Autumn season brings signs of surrender and letting go.

Join me for an afternoon of retreating inwards as we prepare for the darker colder months.

At this point in the year it’s time to release all that has ended and completed allowing it to gently fall away so we can turn inwards, rest and regenerate to create space for new opportunities and possibilities to be reborn we’ll be doing all of this through practicing Mindful flow and Yin yoga , Journalling, Aromapoint therapy and Guided Meditations  to Blissful tunes - you’ll also get your very own collection of oils to take home with you to continue the practices if you so wish to.

We will end our time together with Tea & Cake.
