Participant must Possess the following Skills to Qualify for:

Junior Level 2

1.  Head down kicking with kickboard or noodle

2.  Backward kicking with kickboard or noodle

3.  Breast stroke arms and kicks 5-10 yards (half way or more across pool)

     a.  Breathing with no assistance

4.  Rainbow Arms and flutter kicks 5-10 yards (half way or more across pool)

     a.  Side breath not required

5.  Back Floats

6.  Jumping into the pool and swimming to the side on their own

Junior Level 3

1.  10-15 yards breast stroke arms and kicks

2.  10-15 yards Rainbow arms and side breath

3.  10-15 yards backstroke

4.  Frog kicks on kickboard (correctly)

5.  Kneeling Dives

6.  Dive for rings in 3+ feet

8 sessions @ $240.00.
