If you’ve ever tried meditating but ended up just making a mental grocery list instead—this one's for you.
In this immersive workshop, you'll learn how to meditate with a mala and mantras, using these ancient tools to quiet the mind, focus your breath, and deepen your practice. The tactile rhythm of the mala beads creates a grounding anchor, helping you stay present while your mantra works its magic. We’ll explore different mantras, their meanings, and how they can amplify your meditation experience.
Oh, and did we mention? You get to take home your own crystal mala.
To make stillness more comfortable, we’ll start with some gentle yoga postures, easing the body into a relaxed state before diving into meditation.
