Kula Circle
Join Niki and Sarah for a cozy evening of conversation and practice. We’ll start with 45 minutes of yoga philosophy and group discussion. And we’ll follow that with 45 minutes of a nourishing restful practice. Kula (a Sanskrit word that means “community of the heart”) is the spirit of our evening. All are welcome in this circle, no experience or extra knowledge needed. Please join us!
