Description

Small Group Training offers Personalized Training in an affordable group session, along with benefitting from the energy of a group. David (certified Personal Trainer) will provide a wide range of strength exercises with dumbbells and using body weight. Posture and stabilization exercises will also be incorporated with bursts of cardio. Focus will be on technique, increasing strength, balance, and coordination. Consider this a Personal Training session with your friends!    

This is an online class. You will also receive access to the library with class recordings. 

You will need a yoga mat.  There are 14 classes..

Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight September 4, 2024 All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the lower price. All payments must be received prior to the class start date. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU

NOTE: Payment Information when registering: You will have the option “to pay online” (if paying by credit card) or “pay in person when I visit” (if paying by etransfer and cheque). Choose the correct option based on your payment choice. Each class is $23.99 when you buy the full session. See instructions below for e-transfer.
