a day and most of our breathing is performed unconsciously. What is
the inherent quality of these breaths?
Pranayama
is the conscious regulation of breath: an altering of its natural
flow. It is a method of increasing vitality and energy by
regulating and expanding the breath. In this powerful workshop we
will practice several methods of reclined, seated, and dynamically
applied pranayama in our classic Vinyasa flow.
