Description
This is a package for Personal Training or 1 on 1 Yoga Training to get on track for the Fall!
It includes:
A 60 minute consultation where we will look at where you are in your health and wellness. Go over where you struggle/and excel when starting a new program. We will look at nutrition, stressors, previous injuries and imbalances in the body, and what the best course of action is to get you started.
Then for the next 6 weeks we will meet twice a week to create a healthy fitness routine where we put into practice functional foundations to set you up for success. Meeting you at your fitness level and helping you to make nice healthy progressions so as not to fall into a slump during the summer or “Go hard and burnout fast” mentality that is oh so typical when starting back a fitness routine or trying to progress to next the level. At the end of this session, you will be given the opportunity to continue and move into more specialized training or you may feel confident on moving to the studio with less frequency in one on one, and looking at gym time and/or classes.
What ever your choice, you will feel confident in where to move to, to continue to make this a lifelong practice.
Samantha is a plus sized body positive trainer, who loves helping new clients find their joy in fitness. She also specializes in lifting for hormonal health, senior fitness, strength and conditioning for weight loss, and is a certified Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher. For more info check out her Bio.
