THIS OPTION IS FOR RETURNING ATHLETES ONLY!! Every athlete returning to train with us (especially after 6+ months) must go through a re-evaluation prior to training!
This allows us to make sure we are not missing any movement insufficiencies or anything that has changed since the last time you were training with us!
The Tinsley Performance FULL BODY MOVEMENT ANALYSIS is the FIRST STEP for every athlete that begins training with us, or if you have been away for more than 4 months. We will select the best eval that suits your needs and/or sport which allows us to individualize each program. We will take every aspect of movement into consideration before creating a program for each athlete that walks through our doors!
